Two weeks ago hurricane IKE roared through our small
city and destroyed most everything around here EXCEPT our desire, commitment and
resolve to bring it back. 14 days after this big water and wind event “WE ARE BACK
IN BUSINESS”
Reports of huge numbers of Redfish and flounder have
been spread through out our community and to borrow and line from the golfing
community, we will be teeing it up on Tuesday morning with Frank Kilpatrick and
his friends from the Houston area.
Due to the massive storm damage in the Houston/Galveston
area we have had many cancellations for fishing in October so if you are
interested and able to get in on some outstanding saltwater fishing here on lake

Texas affected by this terrible storm DON’T
WORRY. We will keep your spot warm until you are back in the race. You might not
be able to be here fishing with us right now but you are in our hearts
Along with getting our lodge back in shape for final
month of fishing season we are also preparing our marshes and blinds for the
opening of duck season which opens on November 8th. We have some
