Hunting Prices

PACKAGE FOR TEAL AND BIG DUCK HUNTS

$800 per Blind per day (1-2 Hunters)
Trip includes dinner, lodging the night before, breakfast, guided hunt, and lunch upon return from the hunt.

DRIVE-IN BLIND

$500 per Blind per day (1-2 Hunters)
Breakfast and Lunch upon return from the hunt is included.

BLAST & CAST

Cast Cost: $500 per boat (1-3 people) for fishing after a hunt. Trip includes guided inland saltwater fishing trip, artificial lures, cold drinks/water, fuel and ice on boat.
If needed - Rods/Reels $10 per person
Fish Cleaning ($0.30 per fish)
Blast cost will consist of Package Rate or Drive In Rate.

$2.00 Ducks Breasted
$4.00 Geese Cleaned
$3.50 Ducks Cleaned
$5.75 Speckled Bellies Cleaned

100% PAYMENT IS REQUIRED THE DAY YOU BOOK YOUR TRIP.
THERE ARE NO REFUNDS FOR NO SHOWS OR CANCELLATIONS.

LAGNAIPPE

12 gauge guns recommended
Shells are available in THE DOCK SHOP, 1's and 2's recommended (steel shot)
Ankle or knee boots, rain gear, warm clothes. (no waders needed)

HUNTING LICENSE

All resident & non-resident licenses and state stamps can be purchased at the lodge. All hunters need to bring a Federal Duck Stamp.

Hunter Education Requirements

No person born on or after Sept. 1, 1969, shall procure a hunting license of any kind, unless that person has been Issued a certificate of satisfactorily completion of a Hunter Education course approved by LDWF EXCEPT a person who has not completed a hunter education course may be issued a license with the restriction that they are accompanied by, and under the direct supervision of a person 18 years of age or older who has a valid hunting license or proof of successful completion of a hunter education course. EXCEPT a person younger than 16 years of age may hunt without such certificate if they are accompanied by, and under the direct supervision, of a person 18 years of age or older who has a valid hunting license or proof of successful completion of a hunter education course. "Direct Supervision" means that the person being supervised shall be within normal audible voice proximity and in direct line of sight of the supervising adult at all times while hunting. EXCEPT This requirement shall not apply to any active or veteran member of the United States armed services or any Post-certified law enforcement officer who may be issued a hunter education exemption. Application for this exemption may be filed at the LDWF office in Baton Rouge (225-765-2932) or any regional field office.

The Fine Print

There will be a 15% charge for refunds that were charged to credit cards.
Ask about our corporate memberships and gift certificates.
Company and personal checks accepted as well as, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
There will not be an additional fuel surcharge unless fuel prices reach $3/GL.
Offshore charges will remain $50 unless fuel prices reach $3/GL.

Tipping

Every member of our staff is dedicated to taking care of you the customer. The guides will do their best to put you on the hunt or fishing trip of a life time and our kitchen and cleaning staff will cater to your every need. Tipping is greatly appreciated and at the discretion of each guest. Below is a guideline of what is typical.
Guides- $75.00-$100.00 per day.
Lodge Staff- $10.00 per guest per day.
Keep in mind these are only guidelines and the final decision is up to you based on your experience.
